Elite Housing Management ("EHM," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit ehmusa.com (the "Site"), submit a form through the Site, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to the public-facing Site and information collected through it. It does not govern separate homeowner portals, payment platforms, mobile applications, HomeWiseDocs, CINC Connect, or other third-party websites or services linked from the Site. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. It also does not replace any separate privacy notice that may apply to association records, resident accounts, employees, job applicants, vendors, or information collected offline in connection with property management services.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide through forms, email, telephone calls, or other communications, including:

• Your first and last name, email address, telephone number, and other contact information.
• Your community name, community location, property-related details, and the nature of your relationship with a community we manage.
• The contents of your inquiry, message, ARC request, service request, or other communication, including any attachments or information you choose to provide.
• Records of our communications and any information needed to respond to or manage your request.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card information, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a public Site form unless we specifically ask you to use an approved secure method.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, dates and times of visits, and other interactions with the Site.
• Information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies used for Site functionality, security, analytics, and advertising measurement.

Information From Service Providers

We may receive information from vendors that support the Site, analytics, advertising, communications, security, or property management operations. If you use a separate portal or payment service, that provider collects information under its own privacy policy. We may receive transaction status, account, or service information needed to assist you, but payment card details entered directly into a third-party payment platform are generally processed by that provider rather than through the public Site.

How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our services.
• Respond to questions, contact requests, ARC requests, service inquiries, complaints, and other communications.
• Provide property management services and communicate with homeowners, board members, vendors, prospective clients, and other stakeholders.

• Send administrative, service-related, or marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

Cookies, Analytics, and Online Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Please describe your request and the information or Site interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our decision, you may submit an appeal using the same contact information.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send service, account, security, or other non-promotional communications.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site may not respond to them. You can use the cookie, advertising, and privacy choices described above.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party portals, payment processors, document providers, maps, social media services, mobile app stores, and other websites.
